What comprehension means here

Understanding is an investigation, not an upload.

More context gives AI more evidence. More capable frontier models provide greater intelligence. Neither, by itself, determines how a complex phenomenon should be investigated, which perspectives matter, what questions must be asked, or how conflicting perceptions should be synthesised into an understanding of the whole. Artificial Apperception provides that process.
